Croc Mondelief International is a reggistered South African company formed by Messrs. Tumelo Mokwena and Ravi Nair. Both founding members have over 50 years of corporate experience in complex, challenging and ever-transforming environments. Throughout these experiences, the founders have appreciated that the people in organisations are those who really make things happen and yet it is these people who are the most neglected.
It is through this experience that the founders have developed a passion for inspirational leadership that not only empowers but also inspires their people to greatness. This inspirational leadership can only be acquired by those who put others first in all they do, are self-aware of their actions and create enabling environments within which their people can flourish and grow.
